E-commerce specialist
The e-commerce specialist is responsible for recognizing customer demands/needs and planning by communicating with both online and offline experts to incorporate effective e-commerce solutions.
Sales associate
Sales Associate works closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their product query and recommend the right solutions. Keep up to date with new updates and uphold high standards of visual quality at our store.
Customer service representative
A CSR will act as a liaison, provide product and service information to the customer. Assist with the product returns or any queries related to it. Keep records of customer interactions and follow-up on the same if required. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Material handler
A Material Handler is responsible for handling, transporting and distributing hazardous or non-hazardous materials. Maintain inventory by marking, labelling, and stockpiling products and supplies; and monitor inventory position.
Warehouse Associate
Warehouse Associates are responsible for carrying out a range of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and completing orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organising and retrieving stock and other items.
Technician
Technician perform duties such as detecting issues, description of phone problem, performing tests, replacing parts, and reporting repairs to managers and manufacturers.
Functional tester
Perform software component testing to ensure the cell phones are working according to specifications. PhoneCheck is the software that will be used in our testing process to test the phones.
