1 un-install the old smart moto version from the control panel 
from add remove program

2. download and install the latest smart moto

3. download and install the latest scard update client

4. download and install the scard driver

then connect the dongle and smart clip on your computer

5. go to website www.smart-clip.com for updating the smart clip.

6. run the smart moto scard update from start, all program and run step by step.

After that open smart moto and unlock as usual.
